We know everyone’s time is valuable and usually fairly busy, so at Digital Data Designed we have invested in ensuring that you can easily plan time which is mutually convenient and easy to access.

From there, press the hamburger menu ( ꠵ ) at the top right, and select the “Plan a Call” option. You can also go to https://www.dddesigned.com/plan-a-call for future reference, which this link is also made available on all email correspondence with our team.
Ready to Plan a Call
Once on the Plan a Call page, you will be asked if you are a DDD Elite Subscriber, and to simply choose the option which applies to you. More information about our DDD Elite Subscription plan is linked there, and this plan provides nearly unlimited access to our team for support calls and sessions without per-instance fees.
Once you have made your DDD Support Plan selection, you will choose a Session Host, which is made up of our available staff at that time.
After you have chosen a DDD Staff Member, you will choose a duration for your session, which will take you to the corresponding calendar for you to elect your date and time for the session. These times are based around our availability, and should automatically place you in the correct timezone for your location (as we are on the Eastern US Timezone).
Once you have made your date and time selections, you will be prompted to provide your details as the session recipient, and have the option to add additional attendees if you so desire.
Once scheduled, you should receive a confirmation email reflecting the details you have entered. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our team to ensure you have the details you need to join the session!
