Set Job Number

There are many reasons, but from time to time teams may need to set what their next number will be. Using the following link will allow you to do just that.

Have the account owner log in with their user, and open the following link:https://go.servicem8.com/help_me/SetNextJobNumber

Keep in mind that you can not set the next number to be a lower number then current (this is so that you can not have 2 Jobs with the same Job Number).

Set a Job Prefix or Suffix

Similar to Job Numbers, teams will often like to add a static alpha-numberic short phrase to your ServiceM8 Job Number (ex: Job# "123" becomes "2023-123" or "123SM8").
