PortalMEin was designed by Digital Data Designed to be a solution for customers who needed custom tools which will need to interact with platforms (such as ServiceM8).
PortalMEin is built on the Claris FileMaker platform, and leverages APIs and other tools to accomplish solution specific workflows which teams need. These solutions can be subscribed to, which grant access to their team to use these custom solutions in a safe and robust framework.

PortalMEin is a platform designed to accomplish what ever goals or workflow requirements your team may have. There are a number of readily available solution modules available within the PortalMEin platform, as well as you can commission the creation of a new solution to a problem your team may have.
Commission a PortalMEin Solution?
While the team at Digital Data Designed is always working on building tools they think teams will need, they are also open to team coming forward and requesting new and specific tools be built. Most of the time, these new tools require assigning development resources, and based on the need and requirements (both in scope and timing), the team who request the solution can offer to be a "commissioner" of the project.
By commissioning a PortalMEin solution project, your team pays to have the tool built to meet your specific requirements. The pricing of this solution is based on if we foresee value to the ServiceM8 user-base at large (which there usually is), and at which point the pricing is basically just covering the development costs. In return, you get a solution with no ongoing monthly cost (if possible, as if any part requires ongoing server hosting, this will be passed to you but at cost with no additional markup).
