To share information with QBO which is not currently being done automatically, there is an option to share 2 additional data points using QBO Custom Fields. Once these have been added (by clicking the Gear icon > Company Settings / Account and Settings > Sales > Sales Form Content), you can then go to Settings > Preferences > Invoicing > QuickBooks Online where you can see up to two Custom Fields listed. In these fields you can provide ServiceM8 Mergefields so that data will be sent to QBO during future Job Approvals.
